Airline Recruitment Account Manager – Remote

Our clients range from major industry players to smaller specialists such as Tour Operators, Travel Agents, Corporate Travel Management Companies, Airlines, Cruise lines, Car Hire services, and more.

Responsibilities of the Airline Recruitment Account Manager:

1. Manage all stages of the recruitment process: prospecting clients, negotiating terms, attending client visits, creating and posting job adverts, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and coordinating interviews.
2. Leverage existing contacts and industry understanding to develop new business within the airline sector.
3. Maintain excellent communication with clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of customer service.

Requirements for the Airline Recruitment Account Manager:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the airline industry or in a sales/ commercial role with relevant contacts.
• Recruitment experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven success in winning new business in a B2B environment.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to go the extra mile.
