DHL Air UK is hiring an Airline IT Systems Engineer to support airline IT systems and projects on a 12-month fixed-term basis. The role involves incident management, hardware/software provisioning, and ensuring compliance with IT standards and security policies across DHL Air UK operations.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science, experience in IT infrastructure, and familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science required.
• Experience in IT role or IT infrastructure desired.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Providing first-line IT support to DHL Air UK system users.
• Procurement and fulfilment of hardware/software.
• Ensure airline systems and IT equipment comply with IT standards and security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Install, configure and maintain software and hardware used by Aviation specialists.
• Implement asset management processes in daily work.
• Maintenance of DHL Air UK user accounts.
• Collaborate with supervisor to deliver process improvements and change initiatives.
• Cover day/night shift to ensure continuous IT system support.
