easyJet is seeking a Fleet Engineer Team Leader – Airframe Systems to oversee a small team of Fleet Engineers responsible for continued airworthiness of the fleet, with an emphasis on Airframe Systems. You will balance leadership with hands-on technical oversight, ensuring safety, reliability and aircraft availability while guiding airframe projects and regulatory compliance.

This role requires a degree in Aircraft Engineering, Part M/Part CAMO experience, and strong communication to coordinate

Formación

• You’ll have a recognised degree in an Aircraft Engineering discipline, an aircraft maintenance engineer’s licence, or equivalent relevant technical experience.
• Experience leading and developing a team and supporting them with complex technical queries.
• Experience with Airbus aircraft is a bonus, alongside knowledge of EASA/UK Part M and Part CAMO.
• Experience managing collaborative development projects to fixed deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day team performance, delegate work, manage priorities and workloads.
• Identify development and training needs, manage leave and attendance.
• Provide technical support for AOG and OOS events and develop procedures to resolve reliability concerns.
• Oversee assessment of Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins, monitor instructions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support reliability analysis, occurrence and audit follow-up, modification programmes and OEM relationships.
