easyJet is seeking a Fleet Engineer Team Leader (Airframe Systems) to lead a small, experienced team focused on continued airworthiness and reliability across the fleet. You will balance leadership with hands-on technical oversight to ensure safety, availability and performance in a dynamic environment.

The role requires a degree in Aircraft Engineering or equivalent and experience with airworthiness regulations (EASA/UK Part M). Hybrid work is supported, with 60% office presence each month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in aircraft engineering or related field.
• Proven experience leading a small Fleet Engineering team.
• Strong knowledge of airworthiness regulations and maintenance programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day team performance and priorities for the Fleet Engineering Team.
• Provide hands-on technical oversight for airframe systems and AOG/OOS events.
• Oversee airworthiness directives, service bulletins, and regulatory compliance.
