Job summary

PH Jones, part of the Centrica family, is hiring an Air Source Heat Pump Service & Repair Engineer for the Somerset region. You will service, fault-find and repair heat pump systems in homes, ensuring efficiency and excellent customer service while meeting health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience servicing and repairing Air Source Heat Pump systems
• Strong understanding of low-temperature heating systems and controls
• Electrical fault-finding skills relevant to heating systems
• Experience working in occupied domestic properties
• Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points)
• Right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Service, diagnose and repair Air Source Heat Pumps and associated heating controls
• Work in line with health & safety legislation, statutory regulations, manufacturer guidance and company processes
• Deliver a high-quality, professional experience in occupied residential properties
• Effectively manage your own workload, appointments and productivity
• Complete job records, reports and parts requests accurately using company systems
• Act as a professional ambassador for PH Jones at all times
• Proactively identify system improvements, additional works or safety issues
• Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota when required
