Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day air freight pricing enquiries and prepare customer quotations.
• Obtain and negotiate rates with airlines, overseas agents and other suppliers.
• Support the wider team with pricing and operational requirements.
• Review rates to ensure quotations remain competitive and viable.
• Build and maintain relationships with airlines, agents, customers and colleagues.
• Ensure pricing information is accurate and up to date.
• Assist with customer rate cards and tender submissions.
• Work with operations and sales to support requirements and new opportunities.
• Provide a responsive, reliable service and resolve pricing queries.
