The ideal candidate will liaise with shippers, hauliers, warehouses, and airlines to ensure a seamless export process. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with US shippers to confirm shipment readiness.
• Arrange collections with US hauliers and track progress via phone and web portal.
• Ensure freight is received at US warehouses and request shipment details when needed.
• Make bookings with airlines and follow up to confirm cargo departure.
• Handle AES filing for export and prepare export documentation.
• Provide quotes for export shipments to the US.
• Ensure accurate billing as per customer rates or quotes.
