Job summary

White Recruitment is seeking an Air Export Coordinator to join a specialist airfreight team in West Sussex. You will manage time-sensitive export shipments from enquiry to departure, acting as the main point of contact for clients and ensuring shipments comply with airline and destination country requirements.

Responsibilities include planning exports, providing quotations, and liaising with handling agents and service providers while maintaining accurate records and delivering high service

Hours: Monday-Friday (day shifts)

Salary: £26,000 – £29,000

A well-established international logistics provider is looking to recruit an Air Export Coordinator to join its specialist airfreight team. This role focuses on managing time-sensitive, high-care shipments and delivering a seamless experience for customers throughout the export journey.

You will be responsible for coordinating export movements from enquiry through to departure, acting as the main point of contact for clients and ensuring all shipments move safely, compliantly and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
