Job summary

You will manage time-sensitive export shipments from enquiry to departure, acting as the main point of contact for clients and ensuring shipments comply with airline and destination country requirements.

Responsibilities include planning exports, providing quotations, and liaising with handling agents and service providers while maintaining accurate records and delivering high service

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding, exports, airfreight or customs.

Responsibilities

• Provide quotations, guidance and shipment information to new and existing customers.
• Plan and coordinate export shipments from start to finish.
• Manage daily communication with clients via phone and email.
• Book airline space and prepare export documentation.
• Liaise with handling agents and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with airline and destination country requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and deliver high service standards throughout each shipment.
