Hunter Selection is seeking an Air Conditioning Install Engineer to join a growing Hampshire-based team.

You will install split, multi-split, VRV and VRF systems on a mix of residential and commercial projects, with workload split around 70% residential and 30% commercial.

The role offers £47,500–£55,000 basic salary, paid overtime, a company van with fuel card, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, health insurance and a clear career path into Lead Engineer and supervisory roles.

Formación

• Proven air conditioning installation experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• NVQ / City & Guilds qualifications (desirable).
• F-Gas Category 1 (certification).

The Role

You’ll be carrying out installations on a mixture of residential and commercial projects, working on:

• Split systems
• Multi-split systems
• VRV systems
• VRF systems

• Workload split:
• 70% residential
• 30% commercial

You’ll also occasionally assist with:

• Planned maintenance
• Fault finding
• Repair work

What We're Looking For

• F-Gas Category 1
• Proven air conditioning installation experience
• Full UK Driving Licence
• NVQ / City & Guilds qualifications (desirable)
• Professional attitude and customer-facing skills
