Upfront Recruitment is seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer (F-Gas) to operate across the South Coast, including Southampton, Portsmouth and surrounding areas. You will install and service split, multi-split and VRF systems, ensuring high quality workmanship for homes and commercial sites. A valid F-Gas certificate and a full UK driving licence are essential.

You’ll benefit from a company van, pension, ongoing manufacturer training and clear progression as the team expands along the coast.

Competenze

• Extensive experience spanning domestic and commercial air conditioning systems.
• Hold a valid F-Gas Category 1 certificate and clean UK driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK and willingness to complete a DBS check.

Mansioni

• Install, service, maintain and repair air conditioning systems on domestic and commercial sites.
• Fault finding, diagnostics and commissioning of new systems.
• Complete digital job reports and uphold professionalism on every visit.
• Represent the company with customers and ensure high standards.

Air Conditioning Engineer - F GAS

Location: Southampton, Portsmouth, Hampshire (covering Southsea, Fareham, Gosport, Havant, Chichester etc)

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications, plus overtime

Package: Company van, company pension, ongoing manufacturer training, clear progression

If you're an experienced air conditioning engineer living in or around Portsmouth or Southampton, Bournemouth etc, this one is worth a look. A Hampshire air conditioning specialist is growing fast and wants an Engineer to help set the standard on the South Coast.

The company has a simple view of the job: do it properly, respect the customer's home or business and take pride in every installation. You'll work across homes and commercial sites, with a management team that backs its engineers and notices good work.

What you'll be doing

• Installing split, multi-split, ducted, cassette, ceiling suspended and VRF/VRV systems
• Servicing, planned maintenance, fault finding and repairs
• Commissioning new systems and completing digital job reports
• Representing the company with professionalism on every visit

What you'll bring (ideally)

• 7 years or more in air conditioning, across domestic and commercial work
• A valid F-Gas Category 1 certificate
• Sharp diagnostic skills and a keen eye for detail
• A full UK driving licence with a clean record
• The right to work in the UK, and willingness to complete a DBS check
