Job summary

Alecto Recruitment Ltd are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a leading mechanical and electrical services provider. The role is mobile, covering sites across Oxfordshire with a standard 40-hour week and private use of a company van.

Responsibilities include service, maintenance and fault-finding on air conditioning systems in commercial environments, with earning potential up to £52k OTE and a benefits package including pension and life assurance.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as an Air conditioning engineer.
• F-GAS qualification required.
• City and Guilds 2709 or Level 2 refrigeration and air conditioning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and PPMs of air-conditioning and ventilation systems.
• Fault-finding and attendance on call outs for breakdowns and remedial works.
• Work across commercial buildings including schools and local authorities.

Air Conditioning Engineer

£46k-£48k Basic Salary (OTE up to £52k) + Company Van + Pension + Excellent Benefits

Location: - Oxford

Alecto Recruitment Ltd are currently working on behalf of a leading, well-established and growing provider of Mechanical and Electrical services who are now looking to add an experienced and qualified Air Conditioning Engineer to the team.

The role involves working as a mobile engineer and with all local work throughout Oxfordshire.

Salary & Package

• £46k-£48k Basic Salary (depending on experience)
• With bonuses (xmas/end of year) + overtime etc - OTE up to £52k range
• Company Van (with private use available)
• Travel pay after half hour each way
• 40 hour week as standard 8am - 4:30pm
• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays

Job Role

• Responsible for service, maintenance and PPM's of various Air-Conditioning Systems and Ventilation systems.
• Fault-finding and attending call outs for Air-Conditioning breakdowns and remedial works.
• Working across commercial buildings; - schools, educational sectors, local authorities etc.

Key Skills

• Must have previous experience as an Air conditioning engineer
• F-GAS Qualification
• Other relevant qualifications such as City and Guilds 2709 or Level 2 refrigeration and air conditioning
• Service and fault-finding experience on a range of air conditioning systems
• Full driving licence
• Be willing to have a DBS check carried out
