Job summary

Bailey & Bowes Ltd is seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer for local work around Reading and Guildford. You will perform planned preventive maintenance, installations and reactive repairs on commercial AC systems, ensuring safe, efficient operation and adherence to safety standards.

The role offers a 40-hour week, travel paid with a 30-minute allowance, regular overtime opportunities, a profit share bonus, and a company vehicle with private use.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, or equivalent
• F-Gas Category 1 qualification
• Experience servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on commercial air conditioning systems
• Full UK driving licence
• Good customer service and communication skills
• A professional approach to health and safety

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance across commercial air conditioning systems
• Installations and reactive repairs to ensure safe, efficient operation
