Effective Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer to join a growing engineering business delivering commercial HVAC services across the UK.

Esteemed candidates will operate primarily from a home region with travel to customer sites; the role covers servicing, testing, fault-finding and installation of diverse systems, including VRV/VRF and water chillers. Strong customer communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial air conditioning background with servicing, repairs, fault-finding and installation.
• NVQ Level 2 and/or Level 3 or equivalent.
• F-Gas Category 1.
• Experience with split systems.
• Experience with VRV/VRF systems.
• Experience with water chillers.
• Electrical experience would be advantageous.
• Good customer-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a mobile engineering role.
• Willingness to travel when required.

• Responding to service and breakdown calls.

Air Conditioning Engineer

We are recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer to join a well-established and growing engineering business providing commercial HVAC services to customers throughout the UK.

The successful Air Conditioning Engineer will operate primarily from their home region, with engineers positioned across different areas of the UK. There will also be a requirement to travel further afield when required to support customer sites.

Air Conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer Role

As an Air Conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, testing, repairing and installing a wide variety of commercial air conditioning equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Responding to service and breakdown calls
• Testing and servicing air conditioning equipment
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs
• Working across split systems, VRV/VRF systems and water chillers
• Carrying out air conditioning installations
• Providing technical advice and support to customers
• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard
