CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer for a mobile role covering Leicester and surrounding areas. You will maintain, service and repair a range of HVAC systems, including split systems and VRF/VRV units, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.

The package includes a competitive salary up to £48,000 per annum, a van and fuel card, 40-hour weeks from Monday to Friday, and 25 days of leave plus holidays.

Formación

• Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer in facilities management.
• F-Gas Cat 1 Regulations certification held.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance and repair.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, service and troubleshoot split systems, VRV/VRF and chillers.
• Perform routine maintenance such as coil cleaning and filter replacement.
• Diagnose mechanical/electrical faults to minimise downtime.
• Inspect HVAC systems and recommend corrective actions.

Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer - Leicester - Global Facilities Management Organisation: Blue Chip & Data Centre
CBW Staffing Solutions are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join our client's team of facilities management professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC maintenance and repair, responsible for maintaining and servicing air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and end-client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have experience of pressure leak tests, compressor changes and braising.
This is a mobile role, covering Leicester and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service and troubleshoot a variety of air conditioning systems, including split systems, VRV/VRF systems, and chillers
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, moving parts, to prolong the lifespan of HVAC equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in air conditioning units, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency
• Conduct inspections and assessments of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and contractors to coordinate complex repairs and system upgrades
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations to promote a safe working environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer or similar role within the facilities management industry
• Hold your F-Gas Cat 1 Regulations certification
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair techniques
• Familiarity with refrigeration principles and equipment
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication and customer service skills
