Job summary

HVAC Engineer / Air Conditioning Engineer is sought for Surrey/Middlesex, delivering service and maintenance on VRV/VRF, split and AHU systems. The role covers residential blocks, offices and commercial sites with a 40-hour week and a supplied van and tools.

Candidates need recognised air-conditioning qualifications (F-Gas, City & Guilds NVQ) and solid fault-finding abilities. On-call duties include standby allowances and overtime.

Qualifications

• Recognised air-conditioning qualifications including F-Gas and City & Guilds NVQ.
• Experience on air-conditioning service and maintenance contracts.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify faults on VRV/VRF/AHU systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service and preventative maintenance on a wide range of air-conditioning appliances, including VRV, VRF, split, multi-split, AHU systems.
• Provide on-site support for high-end residential blocks, offices and other commercial sites across Surrey, Middlesex, West and South-West London.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build trust with clients.
• Work mobile with 40-hour weeks; van provided along with tools.
• On-call schedule: one week in six or seven, with standby allowance and overtime rates.

£45\,000 – £55\,000, dependent on experience, with van/fuel card, overtime, 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

Location

Surrey, Middlesex, West London, South‑West London.

Job Information

Responsibilities:

• Carry out service and preventative planned maintenance on a wide range of air‑conditioning appliances, including VRV, VRF, split, multi‑split, AHU systems and similar.
• Provide on‑site support for high‑end residential apartment blocks (landlord side only), offices and other commercial sites throughout Surrey, Middlesex, West and South‑West London.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build trust and rapport with clients.
• Work mobile, delivering 40‑hour weeks; van provided along with tools.
• Active on‑call schedule: one week in six or seven, with standby allowance and overtime rates.

Schedule: 40‑hour week, suitable for work‑life balance.
