Job summary

Excel Engineering Recruitment LTD is seeking an HVAC Engineer to join a growing service and maintenance team. You will perform planned maintenance, servicing and reactive support on commercial air conditioning systems across a mobile territory including Dartford and the South East.

The role offers a salary of £45,000-£53,000 with overtime, a company van and fuel card, and a performance bonus. Training, career progression and healthcare benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• F-Gas certification required.
• City & Guilds or NVQ in Air Conditioning/Refrigeration.
• Experience servicing and maintaining commercial air conditioning systems.
• Strong knowledge of VRV, VRF, Split and Multi‑Split systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance, servicing and reactive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
• Maintain equipment including VRV/VRF, AHUs, and split systems.
• Work across a mobile area including Dartford, Kent, London and the South East.
• Ensure equipment is maintained to high standards and meets client expectations.

The Role

Working on a mobile basis across Dartford, Kent, London and the South East, you will carry out planned preventative maintenance, servicing and reactive maintenance on a wide range of commercial air conditioning systems.

You will be responsible for maintaining equipment including:

• VRV & VRF systems
• Split and Multi‑Split systems
• Air Handling Units (AHUs)
• Other commercial HVAC and air conditioning equipment

You will work across a varied portfolio of high‑profile commercial sites for well‑known household‑name clients, ensuring equipment is maintained to the highest standards.

• A professional and reliable approach
