Job summary

ERS SCOTLAND LIMITED is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join its Service Division, covering the Central belt on a full-time basis. You will service, maintain and repair commercial HVAC systems across hotels, offices and retail environments.

Responsibilities include PPMs, reactive breakdowns, fault-finding on split/multi-split/VRV/VRF systems, and F-Gas compliance. Valid F-Gas Cat 1 and relevant qualification required; driving licence essential.

Qualifications

• Recognised apprenticeship or relevant Air Conditioning/Refrigeration qualification.
• Valid F-Gas Category 1 qualification.
• Strong fault-finding and servicing experience on commercial HVAC systems.
• Experience with split, multi-split and VRV/VRF systems.
• Good all-round HVAC and electrical fault-finding knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs on air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Carry out installation, commissioning and maintenance of AC equipment where required.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults across HVAC systems and associated controls.
• Carry out F-Gas compliance, leak testing and refrigerant handling in accordance with current regulations.
• Complete service reports, identify remedial works and provide reactive quotations where required.

Due to continued growth, a leading Technical FM & HVAC specialist is looking to recruit an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join its expanding Service Division covering the Central belt on a full time permanent basis.

Working across a varied portfolio including luxury hotels, hospitality, student accommodation, large office buildings and retail environments, you'll carry out planned maintenance, reactive breakdowns and fault finding on a wide range of commercial air conditioning and HVAC systems.

• Up to £48,000 Basic Salary
• Paid travel time (paid at x1.5 after 30mins)
• Company Van with Personal Use
• Overtime Available (paid at x2 all weekend)

The Role:
