Job summary

Key responsibilities include PPM, reactive repairs on VRF/VRF, chillers and heat pumps, site surveys, and timely, compliant service reporting. Strong communication and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience servicing and installing air conditioning systems.
• Knowledge of VRF/VRF systems, chillers and heat pumps.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Ability to manage workload across PPM, compliance, and reactive maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform PPM on a wide range of commercial air conditioning systems, ensuring compliance with manufacturer and industry standards.
• Carry out reactive repairs and fault diagnosis on VRF/VRF, split units, chillers, and heat pumps.
• Install new air conditioning units and associated equipment in line with project specifications and health & safety regulations.
• Complete site surveys and provide technical recommendations for upgrades or replacements where necessary.
• Ensure all works are completed efficiently, on time, and to a high standard with minimal disruption to the client.
• Accurately complete service reports, job sheets, and compliance paperwork for all site visits.
• Liaise directly with clients, site managers, and office staff to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times, including the correct use of PPE and safe working practices.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working order.
• Stay up to date with industry standards, product developments, and compliance regulations.
