We are looking for a driven, best-in-class AI video production expert with enormous energy for exploiting emerging generative AI technologies in content production to deliver inspiring outputs and increase scale and speed of production.

You will apply Hollywood-level techniques using cutting-edge AI technologies to solve our customer’s challenges. This role aims to challenge conventions, push technological boundaries, and deliver powerful, cost-effective results.

We seek someone with boundless energy, tenacity, and a problem-solving mindset, not afraid to experiment and push further and faster. The candidate should have high personal standards and a passion for quality.

This role involves ethically harnessing the latest Gen AI techniques to enable scalable, efficient content generation to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Your background might include roles as a creative technologist, visual effects designer, or content creator, with regular use of these platforms to produce cutting-edge products. You might spend evenings coding and frequently use the latest LLMs in your workflow.

We prefer a junior to mid-level practitioner in Gen AI, VFX, or editing, eager to develop and produce exciting, meaningful outputs that positively impact the world.

This is a full-time role based in London.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Deliver generative AI video and audio production across World Services, driving innovative solutions.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading the development of AI-generated video products aligned with customer needs, including visual effects and post-production techniques.
2. Creating high-quality media content that engages target audiences, with or without AI components.
3. Experimenting with new Gen AI technologies to explore solutions and push boundaries.
4. Growing the field of AI video production for projects and clients globally.
5. Supporting global production teams to ensure consistency and share best practices.
6. Educating departments on AI possibilities and inspiring new initiatives.
7. Developing systematic production processes with new technologies through advice, experimentation, and implementation.
8. Delivering projects on time, within budget, and per brief.
9. Maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders.
10. Representing AI production capabilities internally and externally.
11. Ensuring quality assurance of AI and post-production work.
12. Upholding ethical standards regarding AI use, data security, and confidentiality.
13. Supporting content, production, and design teams on projects as needed.

ABOUT YOU

Essential skills and experience:

• Proven experience in high-quality Gen AI AV product production.
• Prompt engineering skills for AI visual outputs.
• Experience as a video editor and in visual effects.
• Strong storytelling ability through products.
• Some coding/programming knowledge and experience with LLMs.
• Deep understanding of production processes and delivering industry-standard content.
• Fluent English skills.
• 1-3 years of significant video editing and VFX experience.
• Familiarity with various Gen AI media technologies.

Desirable skills:

• Post-production directing skills.
• Interest in geopolitics, development, and world affairs.
• Awareness of contemporary culture and media trends.
• Languages and regional experience are a plus.
