We are looking for a driven, best-in-class AI video production expert with immense energy for leveraging emerging generative AI technologies in content production to deliver inspiring outputs, while scaling and speeding up production processes.

You will apply Hollywood-level techniques using cutting-edge AI technologies to address our customer’s challenges. This role aims to push technological boundaries, challenge conventions, and produce powerful, cost-effective results for our clients.

This position requires someone with boundless energy, tenacity, and a problem-solving mindset. You should be a relentless experimenter, continually pushing further and faster with high personal standards.

The role involves safely, ethically, and enthusiastically harnessing the latest Gen AI techniques to enable content generation at greater scale, speed, and efficiency, thereby enhancing campaign effectiveness.

Your background may be as a creative technologist, visual effects designer, or content creator, but you should regularly use these platforms to produce cutting-edge products, possibly coding in your evenings, and using the latest LLMs throughout your workflow and life.

We prefer a junior to mid-level practitioner in Gen AI, VFX, or editing, eager to develop and produce exciting outputs. You should be motivated to work on meaningful campaigns that leverage communication to positively impact the world.

This is a full-time role based in London.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Deliver Generative AI Video and Audio Production across World Services and foster innovative solutions.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading the development of AI-generated video products aligned with customer needs, including visual effects and post-production techniques.
2. Ensuring the production of high-quality, engaging media content, possibly incorporating AI components.
3. Constant experimentation with new Gen AI technologies to explore and solve problems, pushing technological boundaries.
4. Promoting growth in AI Video Production projects and customer engagement across World Services.
5. Supporting global production teams to ensure cohesion, consistency, and best practices sharing.
6. Educating other departments about AI possibilities and inspiring new initiatives.
7. Developing systematic production processes using new technologies through advice, experimentation, and implementation.
8. Delivering work according to briefs, timelines, and budgets.
9. Maintaining proactive communication and problem-solving with all stakeholders.
10. Representing AI production capabilities within and outside of World Services.
11. Quality assurance of AI and post-production work.
12. Upholding highest standards regarding ethical AI use, data security, confidentiality, and risk management.
13. Supporting Content, Production & Design teams and the wider business on projects as needed.

ABOUT YOU

Essential:

• Experience producing high-quality Gen AI AV products.
• Proficient prompt engineering for AI visual outputs.
• Proven video editing experience.
• Visual effects expertise.
• Strong storytelling skills.
• Basic coding/programming knowledge and experience with LLMs.
• Deep understanding of production processes and delivering industry-standard content.
• Fluent in English.
• 1-3 years of significant video editing and visual effects experience.
• Experience with various Gen AI media technologies.

Desirable:

• Post-production directing skills.
• Interest in geopolitics, development, and world affairs.
