We’re looking for a Senior Video Producer, Podcasts to join our Entertainment & Lifestyle team on a Full-time permanent based in London.
In this role, you’ll lead the production of all video content for Bauer-owned podcasts. You’ll be working across industry-leading productions with millions of listeners, ensuring the end-to-end completion of podcast video for multiple projects at a time. You’ll work closely with celebrity talent, including Olivia Attwood, Roxie Nafousi, Gemma Atkinson and Pete Wicks.
Reporting to the Head of Video, you’ll collaborate with our Social Video Hub, audio producers and podcast social leads to deliver engaging video that pops on socials and grows reach. You’ll have excellent technical knowledge, leading capture of both audio and video to the highest standard.
You’ll be an experienced leader on set, managing talent and crew to create a positive and productive atmosphere. You’ll have great attention to detail and commitment to excellence. You have a genuine passion for podcasts, entertainment content, social media and podcast audiences.
This is a hands-on, creative role with an emphasis on leading video production. You will be expected to both film and edit podcast episodes, and manage a team through each stage of the production process.
This is a full-time, office-based role from our office in Euston, requiring flexibility around working hours, including early starts and occasional weekend work, due to the nature of production schedules.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Filming weekly episodes of Bauer’s podcasts
- Managing the build and derig of podcast sets of all sizes, in a variety of locations
- Overseeing technical capture of both audio and visuals
- Directing and managing a crew of internal staff and additional freelancers
- Directing talent
- Editing video content - both full long-form episodes and short-form social clip
- Reviewing podcast video content and working with a team of editors to implement changes
- Managing end to end delivery of podcast video
- Mentoring junior team members
- Working with the wider team to design and create a podcast’s look and feel, from the physical set to the graphics package and overall visual identity
- Developing creative video ideas to take our podcasts to the next level
What You’ll Bring:- Proven experience in video production at a senior level, with a strong track record across longform and shortform video
- Expert knowledge of camera, lighting, and audio equipment, with the ability to self-shoot and direct confidently
- Comfortability working with celebrity talent, maintaining professionalism and composure on set
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with advanced skills in Premiere Pro essential
- Deep understanding of social video, podcast content, and the entertainment and social media landscape
- Strong leadership qualities-calm, positive, and patient, with experience managing teams and schedules across pre- and post-production
- Excellent attention to detail, with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to perform under pressure
- Sound knowledge of media law, Ofcom compliance, and Health & Safety best practices for shoots
