Job summary

Schneider Electric is launching a transversal program to define and drive its AI Transformation and Workforce Strategy for software product engineering. This leadership role will connect technology strategy with workforce evolution, shaping roles, capabilities, and operating models to enable AI-enabled and agentic software delivery across a global population.

The role requires deep experience in technology transformation, with the ability to partner with CTOs, engineering leaders, HR, Schneider

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology transformation, software engineering, management consulting, digital transformation, strategy or related fields.
• Ability to engage credibly with CTOs, senior engineering leaders, HR leaders and external partners.
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional transformation programs in a global environment.
• Strong program governance, metrics and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize the AI Transformation and Workforce Strategy for Schneider Electric's software product engineering.
• Orchestrate workforce transformation, including roles, skills, personas and team structures.
• Develop and implement adoption programs, playbooks and change management across global teams.
• Lead governance, steering, and investment decisions with executives and external partners.
