Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking an experienced Programme Manager for the Markets Operations AI Transformation Programme. You will lead cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Risk and Product to translate strategy into executable plans.

This role focuses on end-to-end delivery, governance, change management and benefits realisation, with a strong emphasis on automation, AI-enabled customer service and resilience within a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex cross-functional transformation programmes in regulated environments.
• Strong project management discipline spanning planning, governance, and financials.
• Experience working with engineering, automation or AI-enabled change.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and challenge constructively.
• Excellent written communication for executive updates and board artefacts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of defined work-streams from mobilisation to rollout.
• Maintain integrated delivery plans across AI, automation, operating-model change and controls.
• Track milestones, risks, issues and benefits with escalation.
• Prepare materials for senior governance forums and steering committees.
• Support change management activities including readiness and training.
• Own benefits tracking and outcomes realisation for the programme.
