Lloyds is seeking a high‑impact Head of Operational Development to lead the future capability of Operations across Markets, Lending and Trade. You will translate strategic priorities into an actionable delivery roadmap and drive productivity, resilience and client outcomes through automation and AI readiness.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in large‑scale operational transformation.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable delivery across multiple teams and platforms.
• Proven track record delivering productivity, resilience and client outcomes through technology and process redesign.
• Experience embedding governance, quality and control‑by‑design into operational change.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Operations development agenda with a single roadmap for excellence and AI-enabled capability.
• Develop operating model, forecasting and workforce planning to support growth and resilience.
• Own the Operations performance frame­work with MI, scorecards and insights for leaders.
• Lead process mapping, mining and operational intelligence to identify automation opportunities.
