Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an AI Transformation Project Manager to lead a senior associate role within Corporate Technology, Employee Platforms Delivery and Execution. You will translate executive intent into outcomes, build roadmaps, and drive disciplined execution across HR and Technology workstreams.

You will partner with engineering, architecture, product, HR, and control functions to improve operating cadence, manage dependencies, and enable sustained adoption while shaping AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology program delivery, transformation execution, or portfolio management.
• Ability to coordinate delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong strategic and analytical capability with data-driven metrics (OKRs/KPIs).
• Experience with risk/issue management and governance hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Support program strategy-to-execution for a multi-year transformation, translating priorities into statements, milestones, and success metrics.
• Drive governance and operating cadence (OKRs/KPIs, executive materials, RAID, dependency tracking) for delivery transparency.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans across teams and vendors, including requirements tracking and milestones.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, product, and HR to clarify scope, value, and measures of success; identify efficiency opportunities.
• Enable change and adoption planning through mapping, communications, training, and benefits realization.
