Job summary

Janus Henderson is seeking an AI Business Partner to embed AI capabilities across the firm. You will work directly within a business unit, identifying high-value AI opportunities, building practical solutions, and driving adoption.

The role blends business process expertise with AI engineering and change enablement, rotating across departments over time. You will collaborate with AI champions and advanced users, leveraging the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem while evaluating new tools as needed to

Qualifications

Hands-on experience building AI solutions with Copilot Studio or similar tools.
Demonstrable experience with multiple AI/GenAI platforms.
Strong business analysis capability mapping processes to AI value.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Practical change management or technology adoption experience.
Knowledge of prompt engineering and GenAI design.
Self-directed with comfort operating in ambiguity.
Strong documentation instincts for reuse.

Responsibilities

Embed within a business unit to identify AI use cases and rotate to other departments.
Define measurable success metrics and align AI projects with business objectives.
Design and build AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and M365.
Research emerging AI technologies to evaluate their fit and value.
Document reusable prompts, patterns, and lessons learned for cross-team use.
