Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors is implementing a firm-wide AI Transformation and seeks an AI Business Partner embedded within a business unit. You will translate workflow pain points into practical AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, rotating across departments to scale successful patterns.

The role blends business process expertise, AI solution development, and change enablement, bridging gaps between teams and technology to drive measurable adoption and ROI.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), or similar low-code/no-code AI tooling.
• Demonstrable experience with multiple AI/GenAI tools and platforms—able to evaluate, learn, and deploy new tools as they emerge.
• Strong business analysis capability—map complex processes and identify AI value.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels, able to present ROI cases and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Embed within an assigned business unit to discover, scope, and prioritise AI use cases and rotate to new departments with replicable solutions.
• Design and build intelligent AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and M365 ecosystem.
• Collaborate with AI champions to identify, mentor, and develop Fighter Pilots for long-term AI adoption.
• Document reusable prompts, patterns, and lessons learned for cross-team replication.
