Job summary

Third Bridge is building its AI function from scratch and you will define what it becomes. Reporting to the COO, you'll lead a growing team of AI Solution Engineers across London and Mumbai, and build governance, architecture, and prioritisation frameworks that shape how AI is embedded across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Operational or consulting depth with real AI delivery.
• Hands-on technical capability with AI.
• Governance and risk fluency in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise AI automation opportunities across business units.
• Design governance architecture, agent approvals, and risk controls for AI scaling across hundreds of agents.
• Lead and develop AI Solution Engineers, providing direction and removing blockers.
