Third Bridge in London is building its AI function from scratch. You will define its scope, governance, and architecture, reporting to the COO while leading AI Solution Engineers across London and Mumbai.

This role blends commercial judgment with hands‑on AI delivery, requiring a track record of delivering AI programs, designing governance frameworks, and driving adoption with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Operational or consulting depth with real AI delivery: directly delivering AI or automation programmes.
• Hands‑on technical capability: build as well as strategise; experience with prompt engineering, AI agent design, and LLM capabilities.
• Governance and risk fluency: designed AI governance frameworks in regulated environments; balance speed with control.
• Influence without authority: track record of embedding tech solutions across organisations without direct control.
• Comfort with genuine ambiguity: ability to build structure where little existed.

Responsibilities

• Map and own the opportunity landscape, prioritising AI automation and building a 12–24 month roadmap.
• Build the governance architecture with systemic protocols and risk controls for scalable AI deployment.
• Lead and develop your AI Solution Engineers, demonstrating credibility through hands‑on delivery.
• Drive adoption: ensure deployments are actually used and trusted by stakeholders.
• Upskill business units with L&D to reduce dependency on the central AI team over 12–18 months.
