Third Bridge is building a pioneering AI function, embedding within its global teams to automate workflows and unlock new value. You will design and deploy production AI agents, working across revenue and operations while ensuring practical, auditable outcomes.

You will train teams to own the solutions, define success metrics, and monitor models as data evolves, with a strong emphasis on risk controls and compliance from day one.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AI agent and prompt engineering experience.
• Business analysis instincts to map processes and define problems.
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Pragmatic approach balancing shipped outputs with understanding.

Responsibilities

• Embed with business units to understand workflows and identify AI value.
• Build and deploy production AI agents; hands-on implementation.
• Train internal teams to own and iterate on agents; reduce reliance over time.
• Define KPIs for agents and monitor performance as models/data evolve.
• Incorporate compliance, risk controls, and documentation from day one.
