Third Bridge is launching a brand-new AI function and you’ll be among the first to shape it. You’ll work embedded with global business teams to understand their workflows, identify automation opportunities, and build practical AI agents that actually change how people work.

You’ll train internal teams to own and evolve these agents, monitor performance as models and data evolve, and bake compliance and risk controls into every build from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying production LLM solutions.
• Ability to map business workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• A mix of technical depth and commercial curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Embed with business units to understand workflows and automate with AI.
• Train internal teams to own and iterate AI agents.
• Define KPIs and monitor model performance in production.
• Ensure compliance and risk controls are baked into builds.
