Futureheads in London is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to translate AI ambition into practical changes across a leading consultancy.
The role focuses on identifying opportunities, improving ways of working and embedding responsible AI across consulting and central functions, with an emphasis on delivering tangible business value.
The position is office-based, part-time (3 days/week) and outside IR35, offering a collaborative environment and high-impact projects across the business.
A growing, high-performing strategy consultancy is looking for an AI Enablement Lead to turn internal AI ambition into practical, high-quality change.
This is a new, high-impact role within a collaborative consultancy environment. You’ll work across the business to identify the best opportunities for AI, improve ways of working, and help teams adopt tools responsibly without compromising the quality clients expect.
You’ll join a specialist consulting firm with a strong reputation, a long-tenured team and an office-first culture. AI interest and experimentation already exist, but the business now needs someone dedicated to prioritise opportunities, build momentum and embed sustainable ways of working.
Initial focus will be on the consulting team, where short project cycles and high workloads make practical enablement especially valuable. Over time, the role will also support central functions including People, Finance and Marketing.
This is an opportunity to shape a role from the ground up and make a visible difference in a business that is excited by AI but serious about standards. The right person will have the space to lead meaningful change, work closely with senior stakeholders, and build capability that lasts.
