AND Digital Limited in the United Kingdom seeks a Change and Transformation Solution Director to lead AI-driven transformation engagements for clients, shaping strategy, governance and delivery. You’ll act as trusted advisor to C-suite and Directors, guiding organisational design and change management across complex programmes.

You’ll help grow the regional Club, contribute to propositions, and represent the business at events.

Qualifications

• Formal consulting, professional services, or digital transformation experience.
• Ability to influence C-suite and Director-level stakeholders.
• Experience deploying AI into client operations or internal processes.
• Strong delivery focus with value realization.
• Experience growing client engagements and account development.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven transformation engagements from assessment to delivery.
• Act as trusted advisor to C-suite and Directors on AI strategy and organisational design.
• Design new ways of working with digital, data and AI alongside business functions.
• Develop innovative programmes of work driving business value and opportunities.
• Contribute to revenue growth and market propositions for AND Digital.
