Job summary

AND Digital is seeking an AI Strategy and Transformation Solution Director to partner with clients on meaningful AI transformations. You’ll align with AND’s AI, automation and intelligent systems practice, speaking publicly about AI ambitions and representing the business at events.

You will lead engagements with senior executives, shaping strategy and delivery, and expand the regional Club through thought leadership and proposition development.

Qualifications

• Formal consulting, professional services, or digital transformation experience.
• Understanding of modern technology-led organisations and how to drive change.
• Knowledge of digital delivery: Strategy, Product, AI, Technology, Delivery and People.
• Ability to influence stakeholders with a digital and AI transformation approach.
• Comfort moving between multiple client assignments.
• Passion for delivering change in complex, ambiguous contexts.
• Experience deploying AI into workflows and operations.
• Broad consulting experience including business development and sales support.

Responsibilities

• Manage a client engagement to deliver AI transformation work beyond a fixed SOW.
• Advise C-suite and Directors on AI strategy, organisational design and change plans.
• Envision clients' future and plot an AI-enabled path to reach it.
• Design new ways of working with digital, data and AI across functions.
• Develop programs and engagements that drive business innovation and value.
• Lead the creation of compelling business cases for AI-led changes.
• Assist in transitioning organisations to technology-led ways of working.
