AND Digital in the United Kingdom seeks an AI Strategy and Transformation Solution Director to design and deliver meaningful AI transformations for clients. You will be closely aligned to AND Digital's AI, automation and intelligent systems practice, contributing to market-ready AI transformation offerings and representing the business at events.

Qualifications

• Formal consulting, professional services, or digital transformation experience delivering change.
• Understanding of digital delivery: Strategy, Product, AI, Technology, Delivery and People implications.
• Ability to influence stakeholders with a digital and AI transformation approach.
• Experience moving between client assignments.
• Passion for delivering change in complex, ambiguous environments.
• Demonstrated deployment of AI into ways of working.
• Experience implementing AI adoption in operations/workflows.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to deliver end-to-end AI transformation engagements.
• Act as trusted advisor to C-suite and Directors influencing AI strategy.
• Assess current state and envision future AI-enabled operating models.
• Design new ways of working integrating digital, data, AI with business functions.
• Develop programmes of work and consulting engagements driving business innovation.
• Lead development of compelling business cases showing value of changes.
• Transition organisations to technology-led ways of working with change management.
• Collaborate with senior executives to explain AI needs and opportunities.
• Contribute to revenue and account development plans.
