Job summary

AND Digital Limited is seeking a senior consultant to drive AI-enabled transformations for clients in the UK. You will engage with C-suite and Directors, shaping AI strategies and organisational design, while delivering technology-led change across multiple functions.

The role requires experience in digital transformation, stakeholder management, and a hands-on, collaborative approach to deliver tangible business outcomes. Leeds-based, with a fast-paced, client-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Formal consulting or digital transformation experience within diverse client environments.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with recommended digital and AI-driven transformation approaches.
• Strong communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a client engagement to deliver all aspects required through discussions with clients.
• Act as trusted advisor to C-suite and Director-level stakeholders, influencing AI strategy.
• Assess a client's current state and envision their future to deliver on AI ambitions.
• Design new ways of working with digital, data, and AI alongside other business functions.
• Develop new and innovative thinking, creating programmes of work and engagements.
• Lead the compilation of compelling commercial/business cases to show value and impact.
• Transition organisations to new technology-led ways of working.
• Engage senior executives to aid understanding of AI and change needs.
• Contribute hands-on outputs and outcomes.
• Support growth of the regional Club through internal initiatives and thought leadership.
• Apply a commercial mindset and assist account development and opportunities.
