AI Transformation Lead – Hands-on, London Office

Zusammenfassung

Freshminds is seeking an AI Tech Lead to head a small, multidisciplinary team on an 18-month transformation programme in London. You will identify opportunities, prototype and deploy AI-driven solutions, and accelerate adoption across the organisation while shaping the long-term AI strategy.

Responsibilities include designing AI-enabled applications, evaluating new tools, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure implementations.

Qualifikationen

• Proven hands-on development with Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript, from prototype to production.
• Experience building AI-enabled products, workflows, automations, or agent-based solutions using LLMs, APIs and modern AI tooling.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, system integrations, SQL, cloud platforms, retrieval search, RAG architectures and enterprise security best practices.
• Strong business and technical judgement, translating requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Design, build and deploy AI-enabled applications, agents, automations, integrations and workflow solutions delivering measurable business value.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and pilots to determine suitability, scalability and ROI.
• Collaborate with tech, data and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Monitor performance, security, reliability and costs of AI implementations to ensure governance and fit for purpose.
