Job summary

Freshminds is seeking an AI Strategy and Implementation Lead to join an 18-month transformation programme in the specialist B2B media and events sector. You will oversee a small team delivering AI-enabled improvements, translating strategic goals into practical solutions that boost workflows, technology and operating effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and integrated delivery roadmap for the AI Implementation Team.
• Assess and redesign workflows identifying AI opportunities, automation and integration improvements.
• Establish governance, policies and standards covering security, data protection, IP and ethics.
• Lead cross-functional implementation, supplier relationships, adoption and value measurement, reporting progress to executive leadership.
