Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in investment banking and a passion for AI.
• Interest in business transformation and technology-enabled solutions.
• Willingness to own initiatives and drive change with senior bankers.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of AI and Technology Transformation initiatives across EMEA.
• Design, build and deploy AI-enabled workflows, agents, and skills.
• Develop enablement strategies and training to accelerate adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, HR.
• Prepare presentations and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
