Job summary

Thoughtworks in London is seeking a Principal Engagement Lead to own AI-native advisory engagements, blending engagement management, product leadership and systems thinking to translate client goals into measurable outcomes.

You will structure complex problems, drive delivery across teams, manage risk, and interface with client delivery leadership to turn recommendations into practical execution.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of consulting/strategy experience with a strong technology background.
• Extensive pre-sales work, including pricing engagements and RFIs/RFQs.
• Ability to design AI workflows, evaluate AI output confidence and improve capabilities.
• Expert in systems thinking, mapping business processes, data flows and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of outcomes by translating goals into workstreams, milestones and outputs.
• Structure and drive AI-native advisory engagements across teams and stakeholders.
• Orchestrate AI-enabled delivery across analysis, modeling, workflows and documentation.
• Ensure quality and coherence of outputs, aligning with business relevance and feasibility.
• Interface with client delivery leadership to translate recommendations into execution paths.
