EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead AI-enabled transformation programmes for financial services clients in London. You will shape design, governance, and delivery, turning opportunities into practical outcomes with measurable value.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams through design and build phases, manage risks, and drive adoption, controls and partnerships with senior client stakeholders to deliver sustainable benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI transformation programmes in financial services environments.
• Proven ability to design and deliver end‑to‑end transformation with measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder and multi-disciplinary team leadership across business, data, technology and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead design-phase engagements defining AI's impact on processes and journeys.
• Translate ambition into prioritised AI use cases, designs and delivery roadmaps.
• Manage cross‑functional teams across business analysis, AI, data, tech and risk.
• Drive adoption, governance, training and controls in transformation programmes.
• Ensure outputs are practical, repeatable and aligned to client objectives.
• Track benefits and ensure delivery remains within scope, budget and timelines.
