Job summary

Flourishing World Ltd. is seeking an AI Transformation Consultant to embed with client marketing teams and redesign how they work. You’ll map current workflows, design the Flourish-enabled future, and lead adoption to ensure the new process becomes the way teams operate.

You’ll read politics and incentives, scope what needs building with Flourish’s tech team, and bias toward actionable change over strategic roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior client-facing, consulting, account leadership, or change management role.
• Proven track record of leading people through meaningful change with senior stakeholders.
• Strong diagnostic instincts: read real blockers beneath stated problems.
• Experience mapping or redesigning workflows and processes (service blueprints, journey maps).

Responsibilities

• Own the change management strategy for each client account.
• Diagnose where a team’s real friction lives and build a plan addressing blockers.
• Sequence changes to win first and expand.
• Navigate politics of change with legal, marketing, and R&D to break silos.
• Translate blueprint into rollout plan: sequence, training, milestones.
• Collaborate with Flourish’s tech team to scope what needs building.
