Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic account management or transformation consulting.
- Experience building C-suite relationships and leading large-scale transformations.
- Expertise in change management and strategic thinking.
- Excellent executive presence and communication for boards.
- Curious mindset and active listening; a natural leader.
- Background in management consulting or strategy advisory.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customers and ROI initiatives with a success manager.
- Set vision for Fortune 50-100 and define the JTBD framework.
- Build and manage C-suite relationships as trusted advisor.
- Lead value realization and ROI delivery via surveys and interviews.
- Coordinate cross-functional programs across stakeholders and risk.
- Identify expansion opportunities with sales for cross-sell/upsell.
- Scale transformation playbooks, decks, and communications for teams.
