Job summary

Liberty Blume, a Liberty Global company, is seeking a Technical Training Manager in Leeds to design and deliver AI-focused training and enablement across the organisation. You will bridge technical AI teams and business users, delivering end-to-end programmes that drive adoption and tangible business impact.

This hands-on senior role is hybrid, blending two days in Leeds city centre with three days remote, and reports into the CTO Office with People team partnership to shape learning strategy

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering learning, enablement or technical training programmes in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience driving the adoption of AI tools and technologies, with understanding of uptake and change factors.
• Strong knowledge of modern AI solutions and ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Excellent training design, facilitation and presentation skills across virtual and in-person formats.
• Ability to build credible relationships and collaborate with technology, product and senior leadership teams.
• Data-driven approach to learning with measurement of adoption and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI training programmes and learning resources for diverse audiences and skill levels.
• Create practical enablement experiences including workshops, labs, office hours and self-service content.
• Develop prompt engineering guidance and role-based use cases to drive adoption.
• Embed responsible AI, security and data governance in training activities.
• Partner with business and tech teams to support AI tool rollouts and change initiatives.
• Build scalable enablement frameworks, rollout playbooks and champion networks.
• Track adoption, capability and business impact metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with external learning providers and technology partners.
