Job summary

Liberty Global Plc is seeking an Agentic Technology Senior Manager to accelerate the AI-enabled workplace. The role combines hands-on prototype work with strategic technologist duties, shaping the future direction of agentic technologies across the digital workplace.

You will lead exploration and validation of AI platforms, oversee prototypes and proofs-of-concept, and guide enterprise-scale adoption while collaborating with vendors, security, architecture and operations teams.

Qualifications

Senior technical IC with experience across enterprise technology and digital workplace domains.
Proven ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
Strong security and governance awareness for enterprise innovation.
Experience shaping technology strategies, reference architectures and standards.

Responsibilities

Lead exploration, evaluation and validation of emerging AI and agentic technologies across the enterprise.
Design, build and test prototypes, proofs of concept and MS 365/Copilot-enabled experiments.
Act as technical authority for Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI agents and automation platforms.
Establish repeatable patterns and engineering approaches for scalable enterprise capabilities.
Develop value realization frameworks and success measures for emerging technologies.
Collaborate with engineering, security, architecture and operations to ensure scalable, secure solutions.
