You will translate market trends and AI-driven opportunities into actionable strategies, influencing senior stakeholders and guiding cross-functional teams from concept to delivery.

Qualificações

• Significant experience shaping technology strategy in corporate strategy, management consulting, or tech leadership.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with clear, actionable tech strategies.
• Strong understanding of AI and emerging technologies; ability to assess market relevance and opportunities.
• Excellent strategic thinking and concise, impactful communication skills.
• Demonstrated success as a senior individual contributor, not via direct authority.
• Experience in fast-growing organisations and commercial mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and drive Blume's long-term technology strategy and roadmap.
• Identify AI/ML trends and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Ventures and Innovation to evaluate, trial, and scale new tech.
• Conduct market/partner analysis to inform build vs buy and sourcing strategies.
• Produce executive briefings and board papers to align stakeholders.
• Collaborate across Technology, Product, Finance, Operations, and Corporate Strategy to deliver measurable value.
• Support technology investment planning, supplier negotiations, and resource allocation.
• Play a key role in transformation programmes and tech-driven M&A activities.
