Job summary

LibertyBlume in Leeds is seeking a Technical Training Manager to shape AI adoption through practical training and enablement across the organisation. You will design, deliver and measure AI training programs, bridging technical teams with business users to drive meaningful adoption and business impact.

The role sits in the CTO Office, partners with the People team, and operates on a hybrid model (2 days in office, 3 remote) with a strong emphasis on scalable enablement and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience designing and delivering learning, enablement or technical training programmes in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on experience driving adoption of AI tools and technologies with success in uptake and change.
• Strong knowledge of modern AI solutions and ability to translate concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Excellent training design, facilitation and presentation skills across virtual and in-person settings.
• Ability to build credible relationships with technology, product and senior leadership teams.
• Data-driven approach to learning, with experience measuring adoption, capability growth and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI training programmes and learning resources for diverse audiences and skill levels.
• Create enablement experiences: workshops, labs, office hours and self-service content.
• Develop prompt engineering guidance and role-based use cases to drive adoption.
• Embed responsible AI, security and data governance into training activities.
• Partner with business and technology teams to support AI tool rollouts and change.
• Build scalable enablement frameworks, rollout playbooks and champion networks.
• Gather feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and guide AI capability roadmap.
• Deliver targeted development initiatives and track business impact.
