• Proven track record defining references architectures and standards without direct management.
• Strong alignment of tech innovation with business outcomes and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead exploration and validation of AI, agentic, and workplace technologies with measurable value.
• Design, build and test prototypes and proofs of concept for feasibility and scalability.
• Act as technical authority for Microsoft 365, Copilot, and related platforms.
• Create repeatable patterns and architectures to scale prototypes into enterprise capabilities.
• Develop value realization frameworks and success measures for emerging tech.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations to ensure secure, scalable solutions.
