Job summary
Client Server Limited in London is seeking an Application Support Engineer / Consultant to work with leading energy trading clients. You will resolve complex technical issues, onboard customers, and drive platform improvements while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
You will act as the voice of the customer, shaping technical discussions, advising on integrations, and contributing to pre-sales activities. Hybrid setup with weekly office presence in London.
Qualifications
- Experience in a technical, client-facing role such as Application Support or Solutions Consultant.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Commercial awareness and ability to build client relationships.
- Interest in AI and its commercial uses with personal projects/tools.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship through the customer lifecycle.
- Investigate complex issues and coordinate incident resolution.
- Deliver onboarding, product training and workflow optimisation.
- Support pre-sales engagements and advise on technical feasibility.
- Translate trading workflows into product insights for direction.
